American Home Shield Please Drop The Service Charge For NO WORK DONE My Mom called American Home Shield for pipe repairs after one leaked and flooded part of our basement in Fayetteville, Georgia. an AHS representative sent someone out from Acme Company, and that guy stayed a grand total of less than 10 minutes, said our pipes were old (failing to note the sections that were already replace and new) and then left. For that, we were charged a $75 service fee? THERE WAS NO SERVICE. Please drop the fee ASAP. Thank you.
