Oakland Raiders And City Of Oakland Meeting Will Not Include Mark Davis
The upcoming meeting between The City of Oakland and the Oakland Raiders will not include Raiders Owner Mark Davis. The idea is that this meeting between Oakland Assistant City Administrator Claudia Cappio and Oakland Raiders Business Affairs Vice President Larry McNail (and Scott McKibben the Executive Director of the Coliseum Joint Powers Authority) was to pick up where they left off before the NFL made its decision to build a stadium for the LA Rams in Inglewood. In other words it's a restart of the process according to Oakland Councilmember Larry Reid.
